It turns personalized orders into clear instructions for whoever makes them, and keeps listings and prices in shape. Start with one shop, or bring your helpers, workshop and other shops along. You choose which edits and settings the agents can apply.

Thread Studio's agents combine our SEO algorithm, available shop metrics and an AI language model. They explain a listing opportunity, draft from product facts you confirm, prepare an action and keep the result visible. You approve Etsy edits and renewal settings before an agent applies them.

Spool AI is Thread Studio's orchestrator: it coordinates specialist agents for listings, SEO and copy, pricing, orders and insights. Spool spots work that needs attention and hands it to the right agent; agents share your product facts, voice and rules. SEO and pricing agents run on algorithms built from our own research. Agents remember the facts, edits and prices you approve or correct in your workspace, so their suggestions improve over time; we never use your shop data to train AI models. They start read-only, act only on what you approve, and hand anything unclear to a person. These agentic workflows are in development.

The planned workflow watches for listing gaps and expiring listings, drafts grounded title and tag edits, applies approved updates and renewal settings, and follows visits, favorites and orders. Approved product rules can turn buyer choices into instructions and route ready orders; unclear details go to your team for review. These features are in development.

The planned workflow lets you choose which listings should renew automatically. Once you approve those settings, Thread Studio applies them and Etsy renews the selected listings when they expire. Etsy charges its listing fee when a renewal happens.

Yes. The Studio plan covers up to 3 Etsy shops and 10 people, with roles and approvals so each person sees only what they need. The Teams plan is for bigger shops with a workshop team or their own systems: we connect them, onboard your shops and set up roles around how your people work.

There's a free Starter plan, then Maker and Studio plans for growing shops, and a Teams plan we set up with you. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Spool AI credits; approving, editing and undoing never use credits. These are planned launch prices and may change before launch.

Not yet. AI listing work, renewal settings and other automated workflows are in development for early-access sellers. The examples on our home page use sample data.

The planned connection uses Etsy's own sign-in screen, so Thread Studio will not ask for your Etsy password. Connections are designed to start read-only, and changes will require your review and approval.

No. We never sell your shop or spreadsheet data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Thread Studio can use the product facts you approve to make suggestions in your workspace; that does not train the model on your shop data.

Never. We don't email, text or message your buyers. Order, shipping and tracking updates reach them only through Etsy.

Thread Studio focuses on Etsy. You can request early access before opening an Etsy shop. Etsy, Google Sheets and ShipStation connections are planned; cross-marketplace management is not part of the current prototype.

Disconnect any service in Thread Studio or from that service's own settings. We stop using its data immediately and delete it within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete your data at [email protected].

Team roles and shop-level access are planned, including controls for who can see financial information.

No, Thread Studio is independent. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

Yes, it's planned. A pricing agent compares price ranges for similar products with your landed cost, shipping and Etsy fees to recommend a competitive price and show the margin you keep. It never scrapes Etsy or uses other sellers' connected shop data. You set the final price; nothing changes on Etsy until you approve.

Spool AI is the team of agents that powers Thread Studio. It reads your listings and orders, prepares the next move (a better title, a price check, clear instructions for the workshop) and waits for your approval. It stays in the background: open it when you want to ask something, and it shows its work while it runs. Spool remembers the facts and choices you approve in your workspace; we never use your shop data to train AI models.

Yes. The Standard view leads with what Spool already prepared, so most days are a few one-tap approvals, with an option to edit anything yourself. Experienced sellers can switch to Pro to see every field, table and chart. You can switch back and forth any time.

Yes, that's what the Teams plan is for. We connect your ERP, inventory system or spreadsheets to Thread Studio, help bring in your Etsy shops and map your SKUs, and set up roles and approvals for your team.
